Facility Operations

Key measures of performance relative to facility operations are safety, compliance, efficiency and reliability. The CES facility operations & preventive maintenance group is highly skilled and trained at providing maintenance as requested by our customers and required by regulatory entities. Our technicians/mechanics receive OSHA, regulatory, and operator qualification training and are educated on the safety programs of our customers.

Facility Operations & Preventive maintenance services include:

  • operating plant facilities’ various equipment/systems, including but not limited to: engines & compressors, pumps, pressure relief system, instrument air system, reciprocating compressors, gas fired heaters, process pumps, amine treating systems, inlet gas receivers & NGL storage & transfer facilities
  • Providing needed support for operators’ plant facilities’ various equipment/systems, including but not limited to: cryogenic plant processing, hydrocarbon fractionation units, process controls/measurement, engines & compressors, pumps, pressure relief system, instrument air system, dehydrators, fuel system, treating, emergency shutdown systems, reciprocating compressors, gas fired heaters, process pumps, amine treating systems, inlet gas receivers & NGL storage & transfer facilities
  • Diagnosing mechanical problems, make minor repairs as needed, complete filter changes, cleaning screens and strainers
  • stop and start plant compression, make rounds check liquid levels, temperatures & pressures
  • Optimize processing through facility and maintain proper product specifications, respond to alarms and problems and make the appropriate corrections
  • Any other regulatory compliance requirements
